She is a graduate of the University Of Illinois, and has completed over 400 post-graduate hours in advanced clinical nutrition, herbology, physical and emotional healing and women’s health issues.
She writes a newspaper column on health and is the editor of a monthly newsletter column that reaches people in 62 countries. Her articles and four books have been translated into 10 languages and have sold over 100,000 copies worldwide. She was the first nurse to be awarded Clinical, then Teaching Membership in its international organization. For her work on the cyclic process of emotional development, she received the Eric Berne Memorial Scientific Award by the members of the International Transactional Analysis Association.
She maintains a private practice in Northern California.
