This is a children's book about an imaginary rabbit who had many adventures, many of them rather wild, all of them with a moral. These stories were made up by the author when his grandchildren would come visiting, climb up in his lap, and say, "Granddaddy, tell us a story about Uncle Fuddy-Duddy". In 2003, my granddaughter asked me if I remembered telling them these stories, and I decided to write them down from memory. Uncle Fuddy-Duddy was no ordinary rabbit, he could do many things others could not do, and loved to sit on his favorite stump and gather the small rabbits around and tell them a story.
