About the Author
Stephen Elias is an attorney and the author or co-author of many Nolo titles, including The Foreclosure Survival Guide, Trademark, and How to File for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. He has been featured in such major media as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, 20/20, Money Magazine, and more. Alayna Schroeder is a legal editor and author at Nolo with a background in employment law. She is co-author of several Nolo titles, and is in charge of Nolo s research program.
