From AudioFile

Kevin King characterizes a Navy forensics team with tone nuances, accents, and varying intonation to differentiate team members. His portrayal of Commander Will Coburn, lead investigator, is that of a military man used to being obeyed. After a fellow NCIS agent is found murdered, the investigation leads to stolen military weapons, smuggled drugs aboard Navy ships, and nuclear weapons in the hands of a homicidal terrorist intent on starting WWIII. South Koreans are portrayed with credible accents, as are confrontations with Colombian drug lords and Russian mobsters. The pace is tight, the action nonstop, including a dramatic ending. Although this is a takeoff of the television series "NCIS," fans will ask for more from this author. G.D.W. © AudioFile 2007, Portland, Maine-- Copyright © AudioFile, Portland, Maine
