The author has a better than the layman’s understanding on the topics of exercise, health and nutrition, as he was as a personal trainer for seven years, coach and trainer of national caliber powerlifters, president of Kent State University’s weightlifting and exercise club, a competitive powerlifter, and a school-record athlete in high school. The author also has a college degree in health education, post-graduate schooling in health education and was a certified health teacher for several years. The author also has extensive writing experience as he has already penned five books. He quietly lives with his lovely wife and numerous pets outside of Columbus, Ohio.
