He is the recipient of numerous awards including the YMCA Black Achiever Award, COMTO's Executive of the Year Award,the Governors Pride and Performance Award, and the Heroes Among Us Award presented by the Boston Celtics. Currently he is the Vice President Transit Buisness Developement with DMJM Harris AECOM involved with national transit issues and focused on state of good repair/capital needs assessments, security analyses, BRT developoement and operations start-up. He is married to Judith, and they have two children Roberta and Anthony and two grandchildren Zachary and Jessica, and lives in Roxbury Massachusetts.
