Review:
An enthusiasm for horses is healthy, but some girls got much more than they bargained for. Ariel's Journey: The Icehorse Adventures is the story of a group of friends gong on a camping trip with the famous and hardy horses of Iceland. Their riding and camping trip soon goes awry as they are tossed back in time by nearly a millennium. The girls are faced with an overwhelming challenge and conflict, facing possible death and potentially something more scary - love. Ariel's Journey is a charming fantasy for preteen fantasy readers who have a love for horses. --Midwest Book Review, January 2009
