About the Author Anthony Rino, MHA, MT (ASCP) holds a master's degree in healthcare administration and a bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science. His career has spanned almost 20 years in various clinical and management positions, ranging from lab management to his current position as Senior Director, Medical Group Operations. Rino is an adjunct faculty member at Northeastern University, having taught Healthcare Quality Management, Statistics and Healthcare Systems. He and his family reside in Massachusetts. About the Editor Lynn Wehner left behind her thirteen-year career in high-tech media relations to raise her family and become a writer, speaker, and Director of Marketing for Movin' With The Spirit, Inc. ministries (www.mwts.org).
