About the Author
Christina Wilsdon has written dozens of books about natural history, animals, habitats, science, and the like. She trained and volunteered as a docent at the Woodland Park Zoo and now writes articles about goings-on at the zoo for Examiner.com. She also writes about local natural history and other topics on her blog, http://www.piccalillipie.com. Christina shares her home in Seattle with her husband, her daughter, a boisterous Labrador, and two cats (one sublime and one incorrigible).
