Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches

1 3/4 cups ketchup

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons dehydrated chopped onion

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon mustard seed

1/2 teaspoon Season-All

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon chili powder

1 1/2 cups finely shredded rotisserie chicken

4 kaiser rolls or hamburger buns

In a medium saucepan, mix all ingredients except chicken and rolls. Heat on medium until the sauce begins to bubble, stirring to prevent sticking. Cover and reduce heat to low; let simmer 5 minutes. Add chicken and coat with the sauce. Cover and let simmer 15 minutes, stirring every 3-4 minutes, while the chicken absorbs the flavor of the sauce. Serve on buns. Makes 4 servings.
