Chastain has created a thoroughly believable work of fiction that sucks the reader in from the "end" to the culminating new beginning. The questions that have never been satisfactorily answered by Christian theologians the world over are posed in ways that are not only thought provoking but also leave the reader questioning their own preparedness.
