I created "Heal Depression Yourself!" as an easy-to-read and easy-to-use resource to help others help heal themselves of depression. It is broken down into 52 easy chapters that you can work on one day at a time, one week at a time, or however you choose.
After many years of providing help, assistance, and therapy for those suffering from depression, I heard from my clients that they wanted something to read that was easy to understand and use. I simply took the advice given during private session and condensed it down into a personal book form - that can be used to help create the life you want!
"Heal Depression Yourself" is a more than just a book, but also a workbook/handbook for daily healthy living.About the Author:
