1990s Los Angeles is the setting for Across Time and Forever. It is about Detective Mike Stewart hunting a serial killer, with a local reporter closely following the killings. This case is unusual for Stewart as he, along with the reporter and killer, are having the same nightmare: Stewart and the reporter were the killer's victims - a hundred years earlier.
The case is rapidly mirroring the timeline in the nightmares, and Stewart begins to worry the nightmares might be something more - maybe memories! If the dreams are real, can he prevent his own murder this time?
