As the founder, President and C.E.O. of several highly successful companies, James Timothy White is no ordinary "Generation Y" 23-year-old (now 26). He has been using his knowledge, charm and motivational style to build a multi-million empire for over ten years. White began his first landscaping business at the age of 12 armed with only a $20 shovel, and now has offices throughout the world. White speaks to the new generation, "Generation O," as they all watch the economy flounder, their parents struggle, costs and foreclosures in America rise. "Older financial gurus preach to live beneath your means. That's not realistic for people of my Generation. We are in a serious financial meltdown and need to encourage and inspire people to get back on track" "I believe in the universe, and its powers, we need to inspire, and educate individuals," says White. "I made my own future. I am determined to provide hope and inspiration during these times of crisis."

From the Author:

This is a book that I provide to all of my top level managers when we embark on a new business venture. It is a step-by-step guide on how to determine which type of business is right for you, how to begin and set up your business and the regulations involved.

About the Author:

James Timothy White was born with the spirit of the American dream; he had an inner entrepreneurial fire which drove him to start his first successful business at the age of 12.

In the fall of 1997, James founded his first company, a landscape and snow removal company which he grew into a multi-million dollar corporate structure. In 2005, he sold the business and set out to pursue a promising new venture in finance. Creative juices flowing and eager to succeed, 23 year-old James became the CEO of the largest debt management company in Canada with several hundred investors. Soon, failure came knocking at his door. It was a critical and devastating failure which led to the discovery of some of the greatest wisdom an entrepreneur can learn and to his greatest success.

Those who know James understand that failure is not an option. Like many successful entrepreneurs, he picked himself up from personal bankruptcy and talked his family into investing in his next venture which led him to become the world's youngest CEO of a publicly traded company on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. This accomplishment was then followed by countless others including the founding of a Luxembourg trust company, several successful online-based service businesses, and many other successful ventures.

Since publishing his first book in 2007, James has distributed more than 670,000 books globally, is widely recognized as "North America's Small Business Expert," and is involved in various small business related projects Canada, United States, Europe and Asia.
