Exodus is a no-nonsense, non-fiction composition written in an unorthodox literary style that reads like a novel. baz moreno follows the traditions of some of the strongest, most intelligent and melanin dominant minds in America. baz moreno is tough, witty, figurative, literal and direct in his intentions to do the opposite of what the media suggests. Exodus gives the reader information that the masses routinely ignore, and the confidence to engage in conversations concerning family, politics, law and the future of America.

Baz Moreno would never differentiate his upbringing in America from that of any other Black child. He learned early in life about hard work, education and their disadvantages to racism. As the child of divorced parents, he was given the opportunity to see the potentials of living well in California and the ugliness of struggling in Florida. He chose a non-traditional route to higher learning and attained degrees that would only qualify him as disqualified. Yet, his willingness to learn exposed him to some of the most intelligent warrior scholars and developed his character. For years, the author experienced the milk and honey of the U.S. However, he eventually discovered an unfair war in the process of his earnings and learned that he, too, was a target. After attempting to do the impossible to save loved ones, he was convicted and sentenced in California and thereafter, Georgia. While in prison, he began to question education, religion, politics, white privilege and life in America. The reader will relate to his ire and intelligence. He has proven to be an astute businessman, physician and survivalist. He is certainly one of the most innovative, of the new vanguard emerging from the Afrikan-centered scholars. And yet, he avoids attention. Exodus from Enlightenment covers the nine areas of human activity while using the author’s experiences as images.
