Chevon Chenault-Starnes is a 29 year-old student working on her Post-Bacc Degree in Elementary Education at Western Governors University. Chevon received her first Bachelor's degree in Retail management and marketing from Central Michigan University in 2003. After having two children of her own Chevon soon realized that she wanted to work with children and chose to change careers at the age of 27. She is married to her husband Stephen Starnes and they have two lovely children: Tyler and Kennedy. Chevon currently substitute teaches and looks forward to having her own elementary classroom in the near future. The one thing that Chevon lives by is the following quote: "Involvement and commitment are like an egg and ham breakfast. The chicken was involved the pig was committed."
