Hasan Arslan is currently an Associate Professor at the Onsekiz Mart University of Canakkale, Turkey. He received a BA in Educational Administration and Supervision from the Hacettepe University of Ankara, Turkey, and an MA in Educational Administration and a PhD in Higher Education from the American University of Washington, DC, USA. His research interests are educational administration, student leadership, multicultural education, and higher education policy. He authored Turkish Educational System and School Administration (2010) and Class Management (2011), and co-edited Applied Social Sciences: Education Sciences (2013) and Multicultural Education: From Theory to Practice (2013).Georgeta Rata is currently an Associate Professor at the Banat University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Timisoara, Romania. She received a BA in French and English and a PhD in Linguistics from the University of Bucharest, Romania. Her main areas of interest include languages, communication, and education sciences. She has co-edited Applied Social Sciences: Education Sciences (2013), Multicultural Education: From Theory to Practice (2013), and Education and Continuous Education (2014).Ercan Kocayoruk is currently an Associate Professor at the Onsekiz Mart University of Canakkale, Turkey. He received a BA in Foreign Language Education and Psychology and a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from the Middle East Technical University, Turkey. He worked as a researcher at the Ohio State University and Southern Illinois University, USA.
