This is a most comprehensive guide for anyone interested in fat loss. The book places strong emphasis on the role of metabolism and also the role of water within the body, differentiating between "healthy water" and also "small water" and how these waters can make a significant change. A chapter also addresses "How Metabolism Can Be Tricked". The book also contains substantial content on the subjects of calories and their different types; exercise and fat loss, low carb diets, thermogenisis, supplements, liposuction and drugs. This is a "MUST HAVE" book for any one interest in fat and/or weight loss or for their library.

The author has lived with challenges of weight or fat loss all his life. His high school nickname (behind his back) was "Stoker Belly". As he was in college, a weight problem nearly kept him from his goal of being commissioned as an Air Force officer via ROTC. Later as a pilot, he was known as "Weight" to some of his friends (as in Weight and Balance) and maintaining "flying weight max" or less was always a challenge. This book is not one of theory or "something to write because the topic is hot". It's personal. The latest chapters talk about something brand new...water. This is a work of love.
