Christian Author Kimberly McRae, a United States Navy Veteran and United States Army mom, has both a flair for the creative and a love of the Lord. When her son stated that he felt like he was being called by God to become a military officer, she did not question his belief. Together, the McRae family sought out a military high school to help him prepare for his desire to attend one of our nation's service academies. During the first year at Camden Military Academy, the McRaes saw a need for a book to guide new cadets in the transition to their new military lifestyle. While in the middle of Keith's senior year of high school many cadets would approach him asking for guidance on military drill, inspections, and studying. Surviving America's Military High School was born. Kimberly and Keith worked diligently to complete the book before he left to begin Cadet Basic Training at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Kimberly's passion to help young people see their dreams become reality and her desire to inspire our nation's future leaders to achieve personal excellence was poured into the pages of this book. Keith's love of military instruction and strong desire to follow God's direction in all that he does gave him the drive and motivation to complete the project. Together they make an incredible author team along the east coast from the Carolinas to West Point.
