Willie Woodson Jr. Life and Death Story
"My parent birthed twelve children, eight boys and four girls, of which nine are alive today. The deceased siblings, along with my parents and grandmother, are as follows: Dorothy, a sister, died March 2, 2007; Joe, a brother, October 27, 2007; Willie Jr., a brother, for whom this book was written, died July 15, 1965; our father, Willie Sr., died June 10, 1965; our mother died March 2, 1991; our grandmother, Annie B. McGhee, died December 3, 1996.
Of all the deceased members, my brother, Willie, died the youngest of all at age 22. I couldnt imagine him being dead at that young tender age.
In 1967, I started composing this story about my brothers death because my mother asked me to write a book about how he was brutally murdered. His body was perforated by the impact of 150 bullets as the cause of death. "
