Taralee is a recreation therapist from the NW. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Parks and Recreation with a minor in Recreation Therapy from Utah State University. She has spent the last ten years working in various senior settings, detention center, schools, non-profits, and in the substance abuse/psychiatric field. She also teachesa depression recovery and self esteem classes in the community. These years of experience have produced a passion for teaching skills and guiding others towards healthy solutions thru lifestyle changes.
