Like all other skills, writing develops with time, patience and practice. Even though writing is an integral part of school curriculums, as well as in homeschool programs, there are reluctant writers in the mix. * Are you teaching a reluctant writer? * Do you struggle finding fun ways to incorporate writing into your homeschool program? * Does your child need help generating story ideas? * Is writing homework a nightmare for your child? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this book is the jumping off point you and your child needs to get started on the path to receiving the writing help needed. Not only do these story starters offer writer’s block breakers, but they’re also useful for those families choosing to work on summer bridge or other “personal time” out of school learning activities.

Jenn Greenleaf is a freelance writer and author hailing from the great state of Maine. She’s been active in the writing and publishing industry since 1999, which happened to be the same year she became a first-time mother. She’s now raising three children with her wonderful husband, Chris. Jenn has also been a commissioned artist since 1993. She began her career as a landscape and still life artist, and later moved on to mixed-media art in 2003. Her interest in mixed media began when she started actively participating in mail-art projects through various websites. These efforts, of course, lead to writing various how-to and other mixed media related articles and books. You can learn more about Jenn and her career efforts by visiting her website: http://www.jennifergreenleaf.weebly.com.
