Dr. Jade K. Brightly holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology (Pre-Medicine), a Masters of Public Policy Administration (M.P.P.A.), with an emphasis on Healthcare Administration, and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Educational and Leadership Administration (PH.D.) Her research and special interest areas include: economic education, policy formulation and implementation, health education, and social epidemics which effect families. Dr. Brightly produces educational media and publishes informative materials to educate consumers from a holistic perspective. Her extensive educational background and corporate experience have yielded a cornucopia of diverse skills and knowledge, providing her the opportunity to consult with businesses, agencies, government, and/or schools on “cutting edge” topics. A former policy advocate, high school teacher, university professor, and State administrator for the Department of Education as she oversaw 6 bureaus, one of 100 people.
