"The real thing that I loved about this cookbook is the stories about the people who make the recipes and where the recipes come from. That makes this book really human. I like that!" --My Book a Day

"This is a fun cookbook if you are looking to try some new ethnic dishes, since it has a little bit of everything on it! I'm especially excited about the Italian Wedding soup and Cabbage salad." --Inklings and Notions
