Speckles and Mr. Skunk is a story about two animals that have something in common. They both have things about them that cause others to laugh at them. Both of them are trying to find ways to deal with the fact that others don't see them as Jesus does. Jesus loves everyone just the way that they are and each one of us, at an early age, need to understand that Jesus made us different to be used for his purpose. Speckles is a little further along in understanding that he was made different for a reason and he is very willing to help Mr. Skunk with his self-esteem. Doris is 57 years old with many life experiences. Doris's first book, "Oh Wretched Sinner," gives you a glimpse into her life. The love of family and the Lord gave her the opportunity to turn her tragedies into triumphs. Doris' dream is to influence others to be successful in life.
