When facing surgery in 2008, Denise I. Guinn-Bailey was told that she had a low platelet count and could bleed to death on the operating table. In her distress, she cried out to the Lord in prayer for the first time in years, promising Him that if He would help her, she would return to church and attempt to do the things He wanted her to do.
The Lord heard Guinn-Bailey's cry; after carrying her successfully through the surgery, He began working in her heart. Full of inspiration, Wake Up Your Voice of Victory is Guinn-Bailey's remarkable personal testimony of faith. Using her personal experiences with illness and other health struggles, coupled with an abundance of Scripture, she demonstrates how we can find faith and regain hope through the Lord's mercy and grace.
Guinn-Bailey's candor delivers a refreshing take on how the various trials of life can be an opportunity for the Lord to bless us and draw us nearer to Him. Through each of her difficulties, God was with her, providing her with the strength she needed to pull through and blessing her in ways she never could have foreseen.
If your burdens are overwhelming or you are struggling with life's turmoil, let Wake Up Your Voice of Victory show you how God remains ever faithful and loving.
