About the Author:
Traci Lawrence is the founder, owner and operator of the Way of Wellness, a faith-based, non-profit organization. Traci Also founded The Lighthouse- A Healing place. A shelter for women and children who are homeless or victims of abuse. She spent many years working in the fields of counseling and mental health while simultaneously working in the health and fitness fields. She is certified as a Personal Trainer, Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist, and Longevity Wellness Specialist. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, located in Edmond Oklahoma. Traci hosts a weekly radio show called Abundant Living with her husband; they live with their children in Mayfield, Kentucky. This is Traci's first book.
