After the death of Brother William Branham in 1965, I was routinely asked to give a first-hand account of the things I had seen and heard, regarding his life and ministry. In 1969, over several evenings, I purposed to put on record this account, and thus told my testimony to my congregation at Tucson Tabernacle in Tucson, Arizona. During the past 46 years of my ministry, I have told many of these experiences, but never in chronological order. With a desire to update, revise and correct discrepancies as needed, I took several church services to lay out a more accurate and thorough accounting of my experiences with Brother Branham. I often ask myself why was I blessed to see and hear all of these things. Why did this man of God recount many of his most amazing and precious experiences with me? I was told that my memory was a gift of God, therefore while I am yet in this tabernacle—I will endeavor to speak the things which we have seen and heard (Acts 4:20), and bear witness of what God has done in this generation in the life and ministry of William Branham. I trust this testimony will be a blessing to you. — Pearry Green April 2011

He lived in Beaumont, Texas during his early years and in 1965 moved to Tucson, Arizona where he founded and is the current pastor of Tucson Tabernacle, where approximately 400 people attend. He was ordained as a minister by William Branham on November 21, 1965. Pearry Green was a friend to William Branham, accompanying him on various hunting trips, and was a eye-witness to supernatural miracles. William Branham said the following about Pearry Green: "Brother Green preaches the same thing and Message that I believe in. He's left his home; he's left his people; he's left his church. He was, I believe, he was a district superintendent or something of one of the organizations, and give the whole thing up when he heard This. He left everything that was dear to him also to come to the desert, just to support what God is giving to us now." Sermon: What house will you build me. Tucson, Arizona, November 21, 1965. Over the years Pearry Green has been instrumental in helping to spread the story of the life, ministry and teachings of William M. Branham. The Original "Acts of the Prophet", his biography of Branham, has been published in several languages. Green graduated from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, and was a classmate of Jerry Lee Lewis before Lewis' expulsion from the university.
