Paul E. Levy received his Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from the highly respected, traditional I/O program at Virginia Tech in 1989, where he gained teaching experience in intro, social, and I/O psychology. He has been at the University of Akron since 1989, first as coordinator of the introductory psychology program and then, starting in 1995, as Chair of the I/O graduate program. He currently teaches undergraduate and graduate classes in I/O psychology while continuing to advance his research program in the areas of performance appraisal and feedback processes.Review:
'Levy does a good job pitching his material at the right level. He spends a good deal of time addressing goals and assumptions of science and how theories work. This...does not appear in enough texts.' - Bryan Myers, University of North Carolina, USA
