Beth Huffman, a retired English teacher from Columbus Grove, Ohio, is an experienced inspirational speaker and author devoted to writing books about cystic fibrosis heroes. This lifelong mission began in 2009 when she published Run, Amy, Run! in memory of her former student, Amy Greer, who lived an inspirational life as she battled her disease with incredible courage. Huffman s second book, Awesome Andrea, is a children s story filled with hope that is tenderly told through the eyes of a little girl who explains what it s like to live with CF. Huffman is currently writing a third book, Dancing in the Rain which is the miraculous story of a remarkable woman who is a 51-year-old CF survivor.
