Review:

Great set of training materials! We customized the PowerPoint with some of our examples. The accompanying book, Practical Lean Six Sigma for Healthcare, is an excellent reference after the training. --Judy Dean, RN, Quality Director

Well-developed and practical healthcare examples makes this training set a value. It provided us the DMAIC methodology along with the books as a comprehensive training package. All the exercises were well-received in delivering the training throughout our system (which included group practices, clinics, and labs). --Debra Hans-Mayfield, Lean Sensei, CMG Group, UK Ltd.
