About the Author:

Anthony J. Dzik, Ph.D., is Professor of Geography at Shawnee State University in Portsmouth, Ohio. His teaching and research specialties are: Regional Geography of the Great Plains and United States, Physical Geography, and Medical Geography. He is author and co-author of several books in physical and cultural geography and has published a number of papers in geographic, medical, and scientific journals. Vincent J. Dzik, A.I.S., is a student at Shawnee State University studying Geography and Business Applications.
