A screenplay originally written with Russell Brand in mind! A slick editor-in-chief at a San Francisco publishing house, JOHN BALDWIN (35) is riding on top of the world... up until the second he’s fired. John immediately nose-dives into a deep funk, washing up unshaven, slovenly and pathetic in a spare room at his married brother VINCE’s house. Unfortunately, after six months of watching John play videogames in his filthy boxers, Vince’s wife, ANGELA tells Vince something’s gotta give. Maybe he just needs a girl... At work, Vince googles ‘life fixers’ and a bizarre, obnoxious pop-up ad for “The Fixer” takes over his computer. The Fixer would be RANDY NANCE (31), a cheesy British playboy who spends his days screwing legions of ditzy babes while passing out sage advice to loser guys. Despite his Austin Powers cheesiness, Randy convinces Vince to pony up thousands to help John get back on track... or at least get laid. Upon meeting John, Randy views this titanic loser as the ultimate challenge...
