It conceptualizes leadership from a Christian philosophical world view. It is a product of divine inspiration, a meticulous search, and deep contemplations; giving an exposition on leadership for a general realization of God's exceptional gift to mankind- Leadership (“Rule and have dominion ...”). It avails every populous creature of God “within” and “without” the definite gesture for selfactualization, usefulness in life and accountability to God at the end of life. It also exposes God's transcendence- His sovereignty and God's immanence - His direct involvement in the running of the affairs of the universe in all dimensions of human endeavours. This book is useful to both Christians in all fields of leadership (Church, Business, Politics, Industries, Home, etc.); and to non-Christians who also wish to have the sense of worth, significance and accomplishment; exposing to them the realities of the Christian world view about leadership; which entails universal principles, if when applied will yield the same result; as: “God is not a respecter of persons”. This it seeks to achieve through a cross examination of Christian baseduniversal principles with empirical undertones and through a cross-sectional illustrations of Christian Leadership characters in the resent past. It seeks to awaken Christians from the stupor of mediocrity to arise and assume their place of right. It epitomizes Jesus Christ as the yardstick for Christian leadership. It also present a scholastic/ theological discourse on sensitive subjects like: Leadership vs Failure, Leadership vs the Absolute Questions, and Leadership vs the Problem of Evil; this is an attempt to expose to the Christian leader, all he/ she needs to know and to do, in order to be theologically sound, psychologically consistent and to be practically resolute in the issues of life.
