About the Author:
Amir Lotfi Azad is a martial arts instructor with over three decades of teaching experience. At the age of 28 he had already completed two journeys to the heart of the Himalayas and was the youngest ever founder of a martial art style. He is the Grand Master of NEARU Martial Art and to date has taught thousands of eager practitioners.
