Dr. Ray Pastore has been involved in the sport of surfing for many years. He has lived along many beach breaks in the eastern United States including: NJ, VA, and NC. He has also traveled to and surfed in both California and Hawaii. He currently resides in Wilmington, North Carolina where he is a college professor. He has a wife, son (Kai Mason), and two cats. In his free time he enjoys (in addition to surfing) - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Blue Belt), gaming, and spending time with his family.
