From the Author:
I wrote the first theatre mystery book to help raise the profile of the delightful old Theatre Royal in Nelson, New Zealand, so that public support would rally behind the fundraising efforts to save it. Now that the grand old dame has had her six million dollar facelift and is good to last into the next century, I'm throwing my weight into helping other needy theatres. In particular, the Theatre Royal in Christchurch, devastated by the earthquakes, and the St James Theatre in Auckland, devastated by greedy developers and currently standing empty. I urge readers anywhere to support their local theatres by any means possible. And enjoy the antics of my beloved 'fictional' backstage crew!
