Joanna is British and from the Northern part of England. Today she resides in the US with her ever-patient husband, David. They have been married almost eighteen years. They have two wonderful but complicated teenager daughters. Also, they have an overly sensitive Labrador dog named Lucy, a hyper Guinea pig, and a Betta fish simply named Fish. Joanna has been writing since she was twelve years old. She has had three of her stories produced into short indie films and several of her plays produced locally. Her first full-length British screenplay, Wagging Tongues is set in the gritty 80's era. She attended University of Virginia and has just completed her first novel, A Ghost I Am.
