He wants to control a segment of that lucrative D.C. narcotics revenue, and has a mob of money ambitious ex-convicts grinding with him, all seeking comeuppance. After almost clashing upon the initial meeting Dog and Rick become the best of friends. The cronies put in murder and also paperwork for their quest of wealth, fame, and respect on the District of Columbia’s most dangerous streets.
