About the Author:

Phil Kling has spent most of his career improving processes for Fortune 100 companies and has spent 10 years developing the quickest and easiest methods for implementing Kaizen within any industry or organization. Phil is currently a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt working in the Pacific Northwest and has worked with such companies as Disney, Apple Computer, Albertson’s, McKinstry, and Amazon.com.
