Introduction Ex President, Bill Clinton in one of the most dynamic and eloquent speaker I have ever heard in my entire life; I am seventy three years old. Clinton presents his speeches in a way that even a small child can understand it. His speeches demands attention, which anyone will listen to. He explains the facts, not rhetoric and discourse. He breaks down each word to flow in an informative and intelligent way to be digested in your brain. However, if you are not a student to receive knowledge and your mind is made up. You will never grasp facts. Bill Clinton addressed the 1912 Democratic National Convention, this is some of what he said: "Now, people ask me all the time how we got four surplus budgets in a row. What new ideas did we bring to Washington? I always give a one-word answer: Arithmetic. Don’t you ever forget when you hear them talking about this that Republican economic policies quadrupled the National debt before I took office, in the 12 years before I took office and doubled the debt in the eight years after I left, because it defied arithmetic. It was a highly inconvenient thing for them in our debates that I was just a Country boy from Arkansas, and I came from a place where people still thought two and two was four. It’s arithmetic..... It passes the arithmetic test, and far more important, it passes the values test. " One tweeter on the internet said Clinton should become Secretary of Explaining Stuff. I was inspired after listening to Bill’s speech to compile a book about mathematics, "Bill Clinton on Arithmetic" to introduce the public to the history of mathematic and understanding it better.
