Michael Riemann is the author of one book and numerous magazine articles. His field experience includes 25 years in medical management and five years as a Commissioned Officer in the Georgia State Defense Force. He has organized post-disaster relief work in Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, and Louisiana. He holds an MBA, and in addition to writing, he consults in the Medical Executive and IT sectors. Andrew Jones has 37 years experience in the insurance industry holding a BA from Georgia State University and a CPCU from The American Institute of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters. He is a US military veteran and has participated in post-disaster relief efforts in the Southeast US. In addition, he is active in the local ARES (Amateur Radio Emergency Service), CERT (Community Emergency Response Teams) and holds an Extra Class Amateur radio license.
