9781481212687: A Journey of Ridiculousness: The impact ONE decision has to enhance or destroy your life.

A Journey of Ridiculousness is a true, meaningful and heartfelt story of one woman's experience in working hard for several years by building a business from the ground up, in hopes of "having it all," only to lose everything she worked so hard to achieve. It demonstrates a true story of initial success leading into discouragement and disappointment based on a series of events and underlying decisions. As she builds her business year after year to achieve financial stability and success, she finds herself reaching for the top only to fall completely to the bottom in a pool of bankruptcy, home foreclosure, car repossession, destroyed reputation, destroyed dreams, and complete depression. As she strives to make the best of circumstances, she comes to realize that all of her decisions that led to the destruction were really based on fear of commitment which had nothing or little to do with anything. Her personal life, social life and financial life appearing to be destroyed, in reality, are only means to a better path that lead to her destiny in life. What she thought was a complete and total crisis may just turn out to be the best blessing life has to offer. This is a story based on a series of events over a twelve year period. It is a must read for those who are facing hardships in today's economy, making decisions based on fear and money, or just need to know that someone's out there in the same position. It's a story of discouragement and disappointment, but ultimately becomes a story of determination and hope for the future. It's about survival, being mindful and balanced, and maintaining personal well being even though everything seems to be falling apart,or dreams are being crushed right in front of you. It's a story of hope when there isn't any. It's a story of ups and downs with a touch of humor in between. It's eventful, informative, and encouraging all in one. It's a quick and easy read for anyone who has hopes and dreams of the future, been discouraged, needs a change, or simply could use some food for thought. After reading this book, readers will be encouraged to evaluate their own decisions, assess their current situations, and begin to move toward the destiny they were created to live, that is, if they're willing to take the risk. Anything is possible and determination is the key. Obstacles are only present to be overcome if we just keep moving ahead. This book will help you do that.
