A Busy, Busy Day Teacher's Guide is one of the components of Languages4kidz, Inc. English 4 Toddlers Program. This Teacher’s Guide is broken down into 12 lessons. Activities designed for the lessons in A Busy, Busy Day promote children’s understanding of their immediate world. Lessons 1-4 are designed to help toddlers discover the places where they live, their homes. The experiences provided in these lessons include vocabulary related to children’s immediate environment as well as members of their families. Lessons 5-6 focus on activities that introduce and reinforce vocabulary, expressions and structures related to actions children perform at home every day. Lessons 7-11 provide children with some knowledge about the places and people they visit with their parents at some time or another, such as their grandparents, their doctor, their dentist, friends, the supermarket, restaurants, and their schools. Lesson 12 is the last lesson on the A Busy, Busy Day unit. It is a “celebration” for children’s accomplishments.
