These are stories from the life of a Baby Boomer. The author reaches for stories and adventures from as far back as the 1960s (even the1950s!) and up to and including current observations that are guaranteed to elicit a smile.
The delightful obsession for Beatle Boots and the unparalleled wonder at the Space Race are juxtaposed with the struggles of a (nearly) senior citizen who awakens one day to suddenly find his formative years long past and the Information Age in full fury... a man who relishes the joys of sharing an ice cream cone with a loved one, yet still complains as to the usefulness of Stupid Girl Toilets
These are bite-sized stories of little league baseball, free--and nearly disastrous--pony rides to neighborhood children and shoving-your-sister-down-the-stairs-in-a-cardboard-box/rocket-ship... to ponderings on the immensity of the Universe. All to be enjoyed as you have the time to set your own childhood memories free.
