The N1B Protocol is about a Navy Veteran who served with the Marines and years later is recruited by the CIA after he writes a book about birth orders. The information in the book happens to coincide with an unknown project that the Agency is working on that can change the balance of world power to America’s favor. After being recruited and trained he uncovers some secrets the government is hiding from the American people, suffers personal loss, and while on a mission for the CIA in Africa he ends up being mistaken for a long dead Soviet KGB Colonel from his past. Things go wrong and he becomes abducted and interrogation by Somali and Russian Mercenaries and is rescued by the Disruptive Terrorists Unit that he serves with on a secret underwater base in the Atlantic Ocean. During his debriefing it’s discovered that not only is he the exact image of the dead Soviet KGB Colonel, but that the CIA and the NSA can use him and his image as leverage against Russia as a tactical advantage. When an unforeseen accident happens in orbit by an asteroid that knocks out the satellites that keep the base afloat and positioned correctly, the base begins to sink and the main character and his CIA Handler escape with their lives and millions in cash. On the surface of the water the handler is forced to sacrifice his life for the main character so that he could survive and complete his mission. The main character wakes up in a hospital in South America and with only a thirty day window he begins to try to find a way back to the U.S. when he sees on the news that his death is faked by the U.S. government and find that he has nowhere to go. After creating a new identity that was provided by the CIA for an operation, he relocates to Vancouver, British Columbia and starts his life over as a nobody in immigrant Russian Community, but a man can never escape his past for long.
