Agnieszka is a former professor and holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from New York University. Over the last 20 years she has specialized in developing leaders and facilitating groups in collaborative problem solving, action planning and implementation. Chip is a behavioral researcher who has spent the last 40 years studying human performance and interpersonal relations and has written extensively on both. He currently consults with businesses and organizations on leadership, productivity, and continuous improvement.
