A native of Cincinnati, Ohio; LaWanda is married and the mother of one beautiful daughter. A Born Worshiping Warrior; called to the ministry at the age of 11; she was resurrected from the embarrassment and shame of molestation, the pit of depression and the trenches of grief! Living outwardly to be a blessing inwardly, she openly speaks regarding her life’s lessons in hopes of showing the Glory of a healing and Delivering God! She currently travels; serving as Praise and Worship leader, Teacher and Speaker. Her focus is to bring the people of God in to the knowledge of Deliverance through Worship; teaching various seminars and demonstrations. There is nothing to hard for our God and she is a living testimony! She has a heart for youth and currently works with the Youth Department at her home church. She aspires to continue her ministry travelling the globe sharing her gifts of writing, singing and speaking to God’s people; seeing their lives be changed by the delivering power of the Holy Spirit! Her promise to the Lord is to offer Him her sacrifice of PRAISE, according to Hebrews 13:15, it will be a sweet smelling savor, rising from her lips and ascending to the feet of Him who created her. She will offer her BODY as a LIVING SACRIFICE according to Romans 12:1, HOLY and acceptable to Him which is her reasonable service. She will offer herself LIVING and not dead; walking, talking and breathing HIM! She will bow her head toward the earth in perfect worship as Moses did in Exodus 34:8, worshiping ONLY HIM as God commanded in Exodus 34:14, bringing the GLORY that is due to HIS NAME and worshiping HIM in the beauty of HOLINESS as stated in I Chronicles 16:29. She will believe on HIM and be counted for righteousness as in Genesis 15:6. Finally, when tribulation surrounds her and she cannot see her way, she will be OBEDIENT to His voice and as He is a merciful God He will not forsake, destroy, or forget the covenant He made with her! Freedom is not an option, no matter the cost!
