Dr. Robert Muraguri Gitonga is a Clinical Research Scientist (Biostatistics) and Community leader. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, an MSc. in Public Health and Biostatistics, Masters in Clinical Research and a PhD in Epidemiology. Using his wide experience and extensive travel in Africa, Europe and America, Robert writes and conducts trainings on diverse social and Christian topics with emphasis on effective integration, social and economic empowerment besides his career work. Currently, Robert is the President of TISNA; an NGO that serves the immigrant communities in North Carolina. Born in Kenya, Eastern Africa, Robert is currently based in North Carolina, USA where he lives with his wife Rose and their three daughters; Christine, Quincy and Pressy. He works as a Clinical Biostatistician at Health Decisions, a CRO in Durham, North Carolina. Robert is also the author of a successful book titled, 'Living an Organized Life: Practical Ways to a Life in Tranquility'.
