About the Author:
Mike Trahan enjoyed a forty-five year flying career which spanned the period from age fifteen to sixty. He flew eight years as a General Aviation Pilot through High School and College, four and a half years in the Air Force, and thirty-two years with Delta Air Lines. Captain Trahan retired at the mandatory age of sixty in 2002. He and his wife Sheila now live in his old home place in West Orange, Texas.
